Founded in 2018 by Managing Directors, Bruce Jones and Sue Jones, OEE Container Technology Limited (OEE) was created to fill the skills gap and to provide engineering, support and improvement services to the ever-growing packaging manufacturing market, primarily focused on beverage cans and beverage ends, food cans and food ends, and packaging equipment.
Managing Director, Bruce Jones has accumulated more than 25 years experience in both beverage can and end manufacturing since starting with CarnaudMetalbox Engineering (CMbE), UK in the early 1990’s as a Production Engineer, before moving to National Factory For Can Ends Limited (NAFCEL), Saudi Arabia. Bruce was instrumental in delivering the initial upgrades to the existing equipment making the plant a world class facility with sales globally.
Bruce joined Rexam PLC, Ireland in 2003 as Production Manager before returning to NAFCEL as Plant Manager, overseeing multiple expansion projects, and making the plant the largest beverage end manufacturing centre in the world. In 2014, Bruce joined Aujan Group Holding, UAE as General Manager of their beverage can factory before taking on the role of Director of Strategic Projects for the group.
Bruce has hands on experience in the installation of full-can lines and end modules with a clear focus on working with each supplier to ensure equipment continues to improve in performance generation.
